The leg peeled, deboned and cut in 2 halves, ready for slicing machines. At least 50% Iberian breed. Pigs raised for Red Label products are the same as those for Bellota but have not been presented to the regulatory council. They graze freely and feed on grass, forage, and acorns during their fattening phase. Artisanally produced in a small mountain village, cured by the fresh air of Natural Parks for at least 36 months.
