The leg peeled, deboned and cut in 2 halves, ready for slicing machines. At least 50% Iberian breed. Pigs selected for Green Label products are the same as those for Cebo de Campo but have not been presented to the regulatory council. They roam freely, enjoying a diet of grass and forage supplemented with feed during their fattening phase. Artisanally produced in a small mountain village, cured by the fresh air of Natural Parks for at least 30 months.
