The best olives in the world, from crops wisely selected back in 1896.

The most popular ones are Manzanilla de Arahal, of pleasant bitterness and a firm texture and rated as the finest gourmet table olives, and Gordal de Sevilla, known as Queen olives and highly appreciated for being juicy and extremely tasty. 

Today we harvest them by the ordeño method, less harmful to the olives, hand-stuff them one by one, or we create traditional recipes and tapenades, using only natural ingredients.
