Ham Ibérico Bellota
We produce our Iberian products in a small village nestled in the mountains, surrounded by Natural Parks. Here, the pigs roam freely among oak trees, feasting on acorns and other resources provided by their characteristic Iberian habitat: the dehesa.
We carefully select cuts such as presa, secreto, pluma, and other lean meats from pigs resulting from the crossbreeding of a 100% Iberian female with a Duroc or Iberian male. We stuff them into natural casings and cure them in a natural drying chamber.
