Chorizo Sarta Natural with Red Wine

Spain’s most traditional embutido made from minced pork and spices, the most characteristic being paprika, which gives it its characteristic red colour. To add a special touch, wine from the famous Rioja region is included in the preparation. With the drying process the alcohol is evaporated, so it is suitable for every consumer. It is crafted in the typical Sarta, an elongated and tied format similar to a ring.
