Medium-high red colour with russet tones on the rim of the glass. With a spectacular intensity, black fruits, violets and cocoa stand out. Some hints of dairy products. The elegant wood creates a toasted background and cooking spices. The positive symbiosis of ripe black fruit tannins with the essences of the wood creates a complex intensity of flavours: licorice, toffee, American tobacco, minerals, leaves... A “bottled autumn”.
