Similar to chorizo but much larger. At least 50% Iberian breed. Iberian pigs, utilized for Bellota products, roam freely in open fields and consume a diet of grass, forage, and acorns during their fattening phase. Artisanally produced in a small village in Salamanca, nestled in the mountains and surrounded by forests that fall within various Natural Parks.
