Galician Mussels in Brine

Although cultivated in other regions, it reaches its highest quality in the Galician Rías, home to one of the largest plankton reserves on the planet. Here, it develops a more intense flavor and juicier, more abundant meat. They are farmed by local families using bateas, a traditional and sustainable method. Moreover, they are preserved in authentic purified seawater from the Rías.
